ND SHAPE Grant Available

The North Dakota Society of Health and Physical Educators has grant funding available to help you to buy equipment to incorporate a special project at your school. Each grantee is awarded up to $250.00. Grants will be awarded throughout the year, depending upon the quality of applications and resources available.
Applications are reviewed at the Executive Board Meeting following the receipt of the application.

Requirements of Grant:
*Current member of ND SHAPE
*Grant must support the advancement of Physical Education and/or Health in North Dakota schools.
*Recipient will present the activity at the next State/Regional workshop.
*Recipient cannot be a current member of the ND SHAPE Board.

To apply for grant, please include a 1-2 page description answering the following questions:
*What will be purchased with the grant, including a budget of the funds?
*How, when, and where the grant will take place?
*How will this project align with state or school standards?
*How will students be impacted and how will they be actively involved in the project?
*Is the project collaborating with other individuals or groups? If so, who and how?
