The attached application form is an opportunity for teachers to apply for a Sun Safety Activity Bag for their classroom/school for K-5. The application is only one page and we are hoping to provide 30 across the state of North Dakota. You are encouraged to use the materials to develop activities that fit within your classroom setting and to be used in the time that you have available. All activities are designed to take no longer than 1 class period of 45 minutes, most are 20 minutes or less. You can use the activities as described or make up your own. These are designed to be implemented year round.

1. Outdoor activity to combine physical activity and sun safety
2. Hands on sensory play
3. Activities for substitute teachers to use
4. Health education
5. Science education
